Complaints Procedure

If you would like to complain about any aspects of the delivery of the curriculum or your child’s involvement in school life, please see the class teacher first. If you are still unsatisfied you may go to the following people:

  1. The Head Teacher – if you are still unhappy you may then contact;
  2. The Chair of Governors
  3. The Director of Education for Rochdale
  4. The Salford Diocesan Schools Commission.

Data and Freedom of Information Act (Access to School Information Documents/Policies)

The school complies fully with the Data and Freedom of Information Acts. All documents and information held in school is allowed to be seen by parents, unless the document contains information about another individual. If you wish to see any information held on computer about your child, please allow time for school to comply with your written request.
